Spending Christmas at this spa resort was an incredible experience! the peace and calm environment of the spa area was just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. We loved the variety of facilities offered, from the sauna to the hot tubs. Plus, having a massage during this time of the year was exactly what we needed. the location was also perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and within walking distance to many places. We especially enjoyed the ski slopes nearby where we got to do some winter sports.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Clean, modern single occupancy rooms with comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff, always there when we needed something. Wide choice of hotel facilities including fine pools and nice saunas.
Don't have any issues at all.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was an excellent decision. The variety of spa pools and treatments was amazing, plus the breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel deco was chic and the furniture was very comfortable. The staff was lovely and very helpful. , the hotel's location was great and allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi reception was poor and the coffee was not very good. there were not many activities to do outside of the hotel which left us feeling a bit confined.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful location. The service provided here was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful staff at the reception to the attentive room cleaning staff. Special thanks to Anita Weinzelf for making our stay even more enjoyable. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for breakfast and a delicious dinner buffet. We had our own personalized table throughout our stay, adding a special touch to our dining experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

the clean and modern rooms offered a comfortable stay. the spa facilities were decent with many hot pools and a public day area. the breakfast was great, but the dinner menu was ordinary. the staff were mostly friendly and could speak English well.
The overall appearance of the hotel was quite outdated, especially the furniture and decor in the bar and restaurant area.
